Flash and his sister, Cecilia, were rescued together and they would love to go home together. These 3-year-old purebred Basset Hounds are so sweet and loving. They are great with kids, other dogs, don't mind cats, and they are HOUSETRAINED!!! This incredible duo will thank you with many years of unconditional love!
