Jasper, who has a sweet Teddy Bear face,  is an 8 year old  neutered male basset hound. Since his neuter, he is quieter and more trustworthy in the house. He's got a lovely disposition and would be great with a family.  He does enjoy other dogs so it might be good to have him go to a house with another dog.  Beautiful coloring and very affectionate.

Special Needs: When he was neutered in late August, a lump was discovered in his mouth. It was biopsied and found not to be cancerous. The vet believes it's just something to keep an eye on in the future.
