Jeeves is a large 2 year old neutered male basset whose senior owners surrendered him because he became too large for them to handle. They purchased him from a family that had both of his parents and they selected him, the runt of the litter, because they wanted a small basset. He grew into a large, powerful basset whom they had difficulty walking and controlling. They was an only dog in their home and his owner said that without a playmate, he was 'bored senseless.' They loved and took excellent care of him and his overall behavior reflects that. Jeeves is friendly, is housetrained and loves to play with other dogs, sometimes with too much exhuberance.
