Toby's foster mother reports that Toby is a beautiful basset, with very soulful eyes. He loves to be with his people, is eager for attention, can be playful (loves to play with a squeaky ball) and affectionate. He isn't sure about just how to relate to other dogs as he has always been an only. He loves walks but is VERY slow.
It is unclear what Toby's actual age is. The records from his current veterinary clinic indicate that he is 10 years 1 month, previous veterinary records state that he should now be 9 years 9 months. Regardlesss, he is a neutered senior basset with a loving personality.
