Spencer is a happy and playful 2 year 10 month old neutered male basset hound. He is a joy in every way! He is very friendly with people and other dogs and has lived with cats in the past. He is a long tall fellow who can run at great speed and drag his owner along with him, especially if there has been a squirrel sighting. Spencer is a healthy basset with a lovely coat and he sheds very little. He loves to lie on the furniture but is very willing to share with his blind basset pal and his people. He isn't much of a barker but greets people and other dogs enthusiastically with a wagging tail and a happy face. It took him a while to be comfortable using the dog door but now he goes through it easily and he has never had any accidents in the house.
