COME PREPARED FOR HOT WEATHER!

 

____ REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION (from the online system)

____ PayPal PLEDGE PRINTOUT (and any checks or cash in addition)

____ PLEDGE SHEETS AND/OR DONATION CHECKS

____ CURRENT RABIES CERTIFICATE

____ WATER AND WATER DISH (for the field)

____ WATER BOTTLE (or at least WATER to cool your basset) & TOWEL (for the Waddle Route)

____ SUNGLASSES/HAT/SUNTAN LOTION (for YOU, although have you seen 'Doggles'?)

____ SHADE UMBRELLA OR EZ UP (for the field - although we have lots of shade set up already for your use)

____ LAWN CHAIRS FOR PICNIC (for the field)

____ PLASTIC BAGGIES TO PICKUP POOP

____ LEASH(ES) & COLLAR(S) - No flexi leads please as they just get tangled up.  If that is all you have, please lock the leashes at a reasonable length (6ft maximum).

_____MAYBE A STAKE OR X-PEN FOR YOUR HOUND(S)

_____ BASSET WAGON (RECOMMENDED FOR THE OLDER, OR FRAIL HOUND!)

We have our new shade canopies, super large, with the GGBR logo on them and want to see you all taking advantage of the shade this year.

Don't forget that you can deposit all the heavy stuff at the picnic ground early morning (we will have people on site from 7:00am). Some people have volunteered to stay at the field throughout to guard all the 'stuff'!! Or, make sure you park near the picnic ground so it will be easy to unload as the parade ends. We provide multiple shade canopies, so claiming your 'pitch' under those shade canopies (early) is recommended.
